Warranty

1. Terms of Service and Commitment

• Normal Use Coverage: This warranty covers non-artificial faults that occur under normal use within the specified warranty period.
• Authorized Operations: Faults caused by disassembly, installation, or other operations explicitly allowed and authorized by Kingwayparts are covered.
• Non-Transferable: The warranty benefits are strictly limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to any third party.
• Repair or Replacement: If defective workmanship or materials become apparent during the warranty period, Kingwayparts will replace or repair the defective products. However, products may be required to be returned to Kingwayparts for assessment or repair. Kingwayparts is not responsible for postage or removal costs involved, though assistance may be considered at the sole discretion of Kingwayparts upon verification of the claim.
• Liability Limitations: Kingwayparts will not be liable for labor charges or any other intangible or consequential losses claimed as a result of the failure of any Kingwayparts component or part thereof, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Exemption Clauses (What is NOT Covered)

This warranty does NOT cover product failures, damages, or defects caused by or resulting from:

• Products that have exceeded their warranty period or lack the required documentation (such as the warranty card or proof of purchase).
• Incorrect operations, improper installation, or failure to follow setup guidelines.
• Accidents, neglect, abuse (including overloaded working conditions), or general misuse.
• Products used for commercial purposes, racing, or competition conditions without the prior written consent of Kingwayparts.
• Unauthorized product modifications or alterations of any kind.
• Usage that goes beyond the operational expectations and limits set by the original vehicle manufacturer.

3. Returns & Restocking Policy

• Final Sales: All sales are considered final. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
• Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
• Prior Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Kingwayparts prior to shipping. You must contact Kingwayparts or your authorized distributor to obtain formal return permission.
• Shipping Requirements: All return shipments must be shipped prepaid (No C.O.D.s accepted) in their original packaging. Items must be carefully boxed to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
• Shipping Insurance: We strongly suggest you insure the return shipment for the full value of the parts, as Kingwayparts is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier.
